Ingredients
8 oz (227g) Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelle 3 T Olive Oil1 pound raw shrimp, peeled deveined2T lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste1 T chopped parsley
Directions
Cook Pasta according to directions on package. Heat oil in saute pan over med-high heat. Season shrimp with salt & pepper, saute until pink. Drain pasta and toss with shrimp and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley.

    This is exactly from the back of the package. We tried this and it is fantastic. The lemon pasta with the added lemon juice and parsley are a bright wonderful flavor. I added grated parmesan cheese on top, well it IS pasta right? We decided for our next dinner party we will make this for our guests. - 9/30/13
