Pork Chops, Sauerkraut and Apples

Ingredients
2 lean butterfly pork chops, cut in half1 onion, chopped1 can sauerkraut, undrained (equals about 2 cups)1 cup or 1 medium apple, chopped
Directions
Brown chops, cook onions. Remove chops, add sauerkraut and chopped apple, stir. Place chops in large casserole dish, cover with kraut mixture, and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
