1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray) .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
Spray mug with olive oil spray.
Mix milk, egg and applesauce together. Add cinnamon and oatmeal. Microwave for 2 minutes or until done. Add any additional toppings like blueberries.
