Zucchini "Pasta" with Shrimp for One

Ingredients
1 Medium Julienned Zucchini1/2 C of Pasta Sauce10 Cooked ShrimpAll spices are optional. I have a spice garden and grab fresh spices for all pasta dishes, but you should season to taste.
Directions
To make zucchini pasta:
Wash zucchini and remove ends. No need to peel. Shred with a julienne peeler from top to bottom.

Spray skillet w/cooking spray.
Lightly sautee onion.
Add shrimp and cook thoroughly.


No need to cook the zuke.

Warm the sauce. Pour.

Top w/shrimp and any spices you enjoy.


Double for two.
Triple for three.
Quad for four.

Etc.
