Ingredients
3 cups flour2 tablespoons baking powder1/4 cup sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1/3 cup vegetable oil1 1/4 cup milk substitute
Directions
400 preheat
sift dry ingredients, add wet, mix just to combined (clumpy not sticky) mix in berries.
drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased cookie sheet
bake 12-15 min until slightly browned on top and firm.
