Mushroom pulled pork

Ingredients
4 cup Oyster Mushrooms .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil 4 serving Frontera red chilli beef, barbacoa meat (by NCRUZ8510) 1 serving BBQ Sauce - Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ
Directions
1. Saute onions in grapeseed oil.
2. Add mushrooms (rinse, dry, & shred with fork first)
3. Pour in Frontera Barbacoa & BBQ sauce, simmer on low until sauce thickens.
4. Serve warm.
