227 gram(s) Sweet Additions Stevia 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .25 cup Butter, unsalted .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .25 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 2 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup, chopped Pecans 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt
combine first 8 ingredients (egg substitute counts as 2) mix on medium speed for 1 min. add remaining ingred. mixing only until combined. Spray mini muffin tins and divide batter to make 36 muffins. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 min. Cool and enjoy.
