Ingredients
499 grams Beans, white 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 100 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 large Onions, raw 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Paprika 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
If you use dry beans , soak them in water at least 12 hours before preparation Cook the beans in water plus carrots and bell pepper (whole , you will remove it later) for about 1.5 hours until very soft. In a pan fry the onion until gold add the spices for few more seconds to develop aroma . Add the onion spices mix to the bean soup and cook for under 30 minutes. Check if need to add water (boiling) when to think and correct seasoning to your liking Finally you can remove the carrots and pepper after realsi g their flavors to the soup . Enjoy Add
