Cabbage & Root Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 rutabega1 celery root3 stalks celery3 carrot1 head cabbage1 baking potato1 sweet potato2 parsnips1 onion3-4 cloves garlic2.5 C water12.5 C vegetable broth1 TBL sea salt1 TBL black pepper2 tsp sage
Directions
1. Cube all tubers, shred cabbage, bring broth to a boil
2. Add vegetables and spices, reduce heat to medium, simmer for 45 minutes.
Makes a HUGE portion.
