Ingredients
160 Grams Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 3 tbsp Honey 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 3 tbsp unrefined coconut oil 14 gram(s) Simply Nature Virgin Coconut Oil (1tbsp 14 g)
Directions
Roast cashews in oven, then cool a bit and then grind. Put the coconut oil and grind more until you get the butter. Then take into separate bowl, add honey and mix thoroughly. Then add the oats and mix more until everything blends well. Put in a parchment paper and refrigerate. Serving Size: Total 9 servings
