Berry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Dole Mixed Berry Frozen Fruit 1/2 medium banana, frozen and sliced1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 teaspoon Honey, if desired1 scoop Pure Protein Whey Power, Vanilla
Directions
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.

If consistency is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.

Tip: Add less milk for an ice cream-like treat that you can eat with a spoon.
