balsamic chicken

Ingredients
30.4 oz chicken breast boneless skinless 2 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by LTPACE610) .5 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp McCormick Sea Salt (by BABY_GIRL69) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 cup Distilled Vinegar (by BROOKELISE) 3 tsp Goya Sofrito
Directions
rinse chicken and pat dry. combine garlic, pepper, salt, and sofrito in a small bowl and mix well. place the chicken in a large bowl. drizzle with the oil, and rub with the spice mix, cover and marinate overnight.
preheat oven to 450degrees F. spray roasting pan with cooking spray. place chicken in pan and bake for 10 min. turn the chicken . if the drippings begin to stick to the bottom of the pan add 3-4 tbsp of water.
bake 10 min or til chicken reaches 160 degrees in the thickest part of the breast. drizzle with the vinegar. plate it.
