    I clicked "view full nutritional breakdown" and got enuf info to use the following measurements: 1/4 C frozen peas, 1/4 C milk 1%, 1 large eggwhite, 1 tsp pepper, and .17 C cottage cheese 1% , or between 1/5 and 1/4 Cup. - 4/17/11
