2 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup 3 tbsp Peanut Oil .5 cup Tomato Sauce 2 serving Chicken flavor and tomato bullion (serving size 1 tsp ~ 4g) (by BMAKEDA) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 16 oz Ground beef, lean
Directions
Brown rice in peanut oil. Brown ground beef. Add remainder of ingredients and 1 1/4 cup of water. High pressure for 3min. Quick release.
