Tuna and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz dry pasta of your choice2 6 oz cans water packed tuna, drained1/2 white onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped2 tbs dried parsley2 T white wine vinegar3 T olive oil1 garlic clove, chopped1 tsp dijon mustardsalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place cooled pasta in large bowl and add tuna, onion, pepper, parsley and garlic.

For the dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together in small bowl. Add dressing to salad and toss well to coat.
