Fajita Chicken Salad

Ingredients
10 oz Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded.5 Cup Hellmann's light mayonnaise 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Yellow Peppers 28 grams Onions, raw 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
Directions
1. Sauté the pepper & onion & let cool.
2. Place the chicken, mayo, and seasoning into a medium bowl and mix well.
3. Add the bell pepper, onion and cilantro and mix until it is dispersed evenly throughout.
4. Serve on top of a freshly cut avocado or however you like.
