Ingredients
* *HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 4 cup (remove) * *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove) * Bob's Red Mill Rolled Barley Flakes, .5 cup (remove) * Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup (remove) * Roundy's Whey Protein, 2 serving (remove) * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove) * **Flax Seed, 2 tbsp (remove) * Almonds, .5 cup, slivered (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix It all together. Add 3/4 cup to 1 cup of water. Bake at 325-375 for 20-30 minutes, stirring to break into clusters once it begins to harden slightly.
