Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tbsp Fat free half and half0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese2.0 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 In a large saute pan, cook onion and pepper in oil about 3 minutes until onions are translucent. Add spinach and cook until it is wilted. Add eggs and cream to pan. Lightly stir the eggs for about 30 seconds. Put pan in heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through. Remove from oven and add cheese. Serve warm.
