Ingredients
3.0 serving Egg, Kroger Large Grade A8.9 serving Cheese, Mozzarella (Kroger low moisture, part skim) 1 oz serving2.0 tbsp Butter - Unsalted - Kroger Brand0.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt2.0 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese24.0 tsp Great Value Superfine Blanched Almond Flour22.0 tsp Better Body Foods Organic Coconut Flour4.0 oz Sargento Fresh Asiago Cheese Slices2.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Melt mozarella, cream cheese, and butter together in a bowl and mix. Beat eggs and mix into cheese mixture. Combine flours and baking powder and add to wet ingredients. Mix/knead until thick sticky dough batter forms. Divide into 6 pieces, shape into rings, sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add Asiago cheese to top, bake additional 3-5 minutes until Asiago is melted and bagels are golden brown. Serving Size: 1 Bagel
