Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
2 pouches STARKIST Microwave Latin Citrus1 pouch Quinoa & Brown Rice (Seeds of Change)2 Med. Green Bell Pepper1/2 cup Good & Gather Reduced Fat Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Empty all pouches into saucepan, add a half cup water, and simmer about 10 minutes to mix well. Cut peppers in half - top to bottom. Remove stems, clean inside. Put mixture inside pepper halves, place in a baking dish. Split cheese evenly to cover each pepper half. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes. Remove foil, cook another 10 minutes.
