Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 skinless and boneless Chicken Breasts, roasted and shredded1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes with Chilies 1 can (15 0z.) Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes 2 cartons fat free, less sodium Chicken Broth 1 can (12 oz) yellow Sweet Corn, 2 cans (15 0z. each)) Pinto Beans2 cans (15 0z. each) Black Beans1 cup Onion, diced1 Jalapeno Pepper, deveined, seeded, and diced 1 package dry Taco seasoning mix 1 package dry Ranch Dressing1 tsp. Cumin1/2 tsp. Paprika
Saute the onions and jalapeno pepper in a Dutch Oven prepped with PAM. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer on low until ready to serve.
