Salmon Loaf by Arctic Star

Ingredients
1-14.75 oz can of Pink Salmon, drained except for 2 Tbsp. 2 cups soft bread crumbs2 eggs1/4 cup milk (I used 1% low fat)1 dash black pepper 1/3 cup finely chopped onion2 tbsp parsley3 tsp lime juice (recipe called for lemon juice; I didn't have any)
Directions
1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 Tablespoons.
2. In a bowl, flake the salmon thoroughly.
3. All all of the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Place in a well-greased 8-1/2"x4-1/4"x2-1/2" loaf pan or shape into loaf on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
