Breakfast cassarole

Ingredients
12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.5 cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites Liquid Egg Products16.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained1.0 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Bacon, pork, microwaved2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook meat and onions and mushrooms in pan. When complete add spinach til wilted. Put in bottom of a large cooking dish. In a separate bowl mix eggs and egg whites. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat and veg then pour egg mix over. Cook for about an hour at 350
