Salmon Florentine

0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 1tsp Olive Oil2.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen1.5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.5 cup Low fat cream cheese4.0 serving (Walmart) Wild salmon filets
Preheat oven to 350 F
In medium skillet add olive oil, then onions and mushrooms and cook until they often, about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 more minutes
Add spinach, tomatoes and whatever spice u want(1/4tsp),salt & pepper.
Cook, stirring for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes
Stir in cream cheese
Place a quarter of the spinach mixture on top of each salmon filter
Place fillings on lightly greased baking sheets
Cook for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked thru.
