Southwest Style Pork Roast

Ingredients
20 oz pork roast.25 cup olive oil.25 cup lime juice1 tsp poblano pepper hot sauce3 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp ground cumin1 tsp chili peppersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse roast and pat dry
In bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Place roast in roasting pan, and coat on all sides with mixture
Let stand 20 minutes
Cook an hour to and hour and a half until internal temp reaches 180
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
