Red Sockeye Salmon cakes

Ingredients
340 Grams Demmings Wild Caught Red Sockeye Salmon 3 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 0.5 tbsp Parsley, dried 0.5 tbsp Basil 1.5 tsp Old Bay (by KWENBEE) 28 gram(s) HyVee Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs - 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Mayonaise w/ Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix salmon, scallions, herbs, Old Bay, breadcrumbs, and Mayonnaise in a medium bowl.

Carefully fold in the egg

Divide into 4 patties, Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Dredge patties in flour

Heat a skillet to medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown. About 4 or 5 minutes a side.
