6 serving Cod - atlantic cod - kirkland 4 tbsp Butter, salted .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .125 tsp Thyme, ground 2 tbsp Olive Oil .125 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Microwave butter and pour into a Pyrex
add fish and turn to coat
pour bread crumbs into a small bowl and add olive oil and thyme
salt and pepper fish then add a little of bread crumb mix on each piece.
turn and do the same.
bake in 425° oven for 15-30 minutes depending on thickness.
