Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 lbsItalian Sausage, pork, 1 lbHunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, 1 canMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slices Mozzarella Cheese 2 cupsGreen Peppers 1/2 cup, strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*. Mix ground turkey with pizza seasonings. Divide into two pie pans and flatten. Cook for approximately 30 minutes until meat is done. Top with other ingredients. Put back into oven approximately 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Cut each "pie" into fourths. Enjoy!

    We used the ground turkey as the "crust" and the sausage as a topping. We did precook the sausage before putting it on top with the other toppings.
