Stir-Fried Green Beans & Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 can green beans4 medium mushrooms, sliced,1/2 red onion, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp Soy Sauce (optional).SaltPepperOther spices, such as lemon pepper, as desired
Directions
Coat pan with Pam or extra virgin olive oil. Add all ingredients, making sure mushroom get coated with oil. Stir-fry until mushrooms and onions slightly brown. Add seasoning to taste

    Yum! Green beans and mushrooms are two of my favorites. My hubby can't eat onions so I used pepper flakes in their place. - 7/12/12
