Rice Porridge made with milk

Ingredients
White Rice 5 minute or 60 minute, any type will do. 1 cup dry rice = over 2 cups finished porridge.Milk (2 cups 2%)Water/tap water (1 cup)Salt (1/2 tsp)Butter (to serve)
Directions
Boil water, add white rice, and cook on low heat until water is absorbed and the rice is dry (about 10 min).
Stir a lot.
Add milk and salt, cook to boil, then simmer on low heat until the milk is dried up and its ready to serve (10 minutes for quick rice, 60 minutes for slow rice).

Makes one decent size portion (one large serving). Serve with cinnamon, sugar, butter.
