1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .25 cup Olive Oil .25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder
Mix flour,baking soda, spices in bowl. Add oil and water. Mix well. Roll out in very thin layer. Cover oven rack with aluminum foil. Place rolled out dough on oven rack. Perforate with fork. Cut in squares with pizza cutter. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
