Parmesan Potato rounds

4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .06 cup Corn Starch 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Paprika 2 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray)
Mix dry ingredients.
Wash (peel if desired) and slice potatoes to 0.25 inch slices.
Dip slices in mixture. Spray with oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip slices and spray other side. Bake another 20 min.
