Ingredients
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Oatmeal - Large Flake 1/3 cup (by VANNES1) .25 cup Earths own oat milk (by TREXVANDEVALK) 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g .5 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter .25 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients except peanut butter in small blender. Blend and let sit for at least 10 minutes. if making them into muffins bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (check if they spring back when touched) If making them into pancakes pour onto griddle and flip when bubbly.

I enjoy these with peanut butter, but any nut butter adds a richness.

Serving Size: 4 small muffins or 2 medium sized pancakes
