1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 cup 2% Milk .5 cup Yogurt, Brown Cow, All Natural Plain Smooth and Creamy Cream Top 1 tbsp chia seeds .5 tbsp Nigella, Kalonji, Black Onion Seed (by -POOKIE-) 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Honey
Mix together, divide into 2 portions and leave overnight in the fridge. Stir before serving and add your toppings of choice
