Ingredients
1.75 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3.25 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 tsp Oregano 5 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) 0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 1 Serving(s) Greek seasoning
Directions
Melt butter and sauté rice until golden brown. Stir in broth, seasonings and simmer for 35 minutes. Add olives, red peppers and simmer fir five min. Garnish with feta Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup
