Cucumber radish salad

2 tsp splenda1 lemon, juiced1/2 cup sour cream, fat free (or plain yogurt)8 red radishes, thinly sliced2 Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced1 small seedless cucumber, thinly sliced2 Tbsp chopped fresh dillSalt and pepper
1- Combine sugar, lemon juice and sour cream. Add radishes, cucumber and apples. Blend well.
2- Season with dill and salt and pepper, toss and serve.

I wanted to try something other than plain radishes, so I looked for a Spark recipe and found this. I used dried dill because that's what I had, and sugar since it was only 1/2 t. per serving. I'd never think to put these ingredients together, but I tried it and liked it and would make it again! - 9/21/13
