1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted2.0 tbsp Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream)15.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup Cauliflower, raw1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw100.0 Grams Ground beef, lean0.25 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese1.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
Brown onion and mince. Add grated veg and stock. Add 2 c water and. simmer.
Chop and boil potatoes. Steam cauli. Drain water, add butter & cream. Mash. Add cheese
Divide meat mix into ramekins, top with mash. Bake in 200°C Oven for 20 mins
