1 tbsp Fennel seed 2 tbsp Basil 8 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Garlic, Crushed McCormick 5.50 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes 16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
Saute garlic in the olive oil until light brown; add meat and stir in salt, pepper, basil, fennel seed. when meat is browned add crushed and diced tomatoes. Heat until bubbles begin then lower the temp and cook for 60 minutes. Serve over favorite pasta.
