Ingredients
1/2 Cucumber1 knuckle Ginger1/2 cup mint leaves or 2 mint tea bags steeped1 lemon juiced1 gallon water
Directions
Peel ginger & cucumber, Puree all ingredients together in food processor mix with water let it sit overnight in frig, strain into another container or water bottles and enjoy ice cold - be sure to refrig unused portions for up to 2 days
