Citrus and Spice Fish

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets, each big enough for one1/2 cup Lemon Juice1 Teaspoon Tabasco2 Tablespoons Sugar
Directions
Soak the fillets in the juice of the lemons or limes mixed with the spice, for at least 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the sugar and some black pepper. Grill for 5 minutes on both sides or until cooked.
