Ingredients
*Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi, 6 cup Blue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled, not packed White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), .3 cup Milk, 2%, .5 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .3 cup
Directions
saute onion and add white wine. reduce a bit and add blue cheese. Add milk and cream and stir until smooth. Add parmesan.

    I had whole wheat gnocchi on hand and used this. I accidentally omitted the milk, but it was still fine. Topped it with a few chopped candied walnuts before serving. - 1/22/09
