Ingredients
6 medium eggs1 cup Fat free sour cream1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped asparagus1 cup chopped mushroom0.5 cup chopped onionsaltpepperdill0.5 cup grated cheese
Directions
Saute vegetables until soft. Mix eggs and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Add cheese and veggies. Bake in oven dish at 350F for 35 min, or until set
