I skipped the tortilla, used turkey bacon instead of ground turkey, and added yellow bell pepper, green onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Good and good for you!! - 5/10/10

I will try this tomorrow morning. Thank you. I have purchased the Mission tortilla's before, but never realized that they also care a high fiber and good amount of protein. - 1/25/14

Sounds really good, but a little high in calories. Two things in its favor, though, low carbs after deducting almost a full day's quota of fiber and high protein! - 6/14/10
