Pan Seared Red Snapper

Ingredients
2 - 4oz fillets of Red Snapper1T Olive Oil1 Lemon Juiced2T Rice Wine Vinegar1t Dijon Mustard1/4c chopped green onions1t ground ginger
Directions
Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of fish with marinade. Pour remaining marinade into skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
