Ingredients
1 cup cooked whole wheat spirals or pasta of your choice1 dill pickle, chopped1 tbsp. light sour cream1 tbsp. light miracle whip1 tsp. dijon mustard90 grams cooked scallops (180 grams frozen)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine pickle, sour cream, miracle whip, and mustard. In a large bowl, combine pasta, dressing, and scallops. Serve immediately, or cold. Makes 1 serving.
