Chicken Pot pie

Ingredients
dough:2 eggs2/3 cup milk3 cups flour1/2 tsp salt2 cups diced cooked chicken (reserve broth)1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion3 T dried parsleybroth from chicken + water to boil everything
Directions
Beat eggs, milk, and salt together. Spoon the flour on top of egg mixture. Gently combine. (I use my hands). Press together to make a dough. Roll on floured surface (as thin as you can) Cut into small squares and boil in meat broth (add water or broth to provide enough liquid to boil) Turkey, ham or beef may be used in place of chicken. Add sliced potatoes, onion, celery, and parsley to taste. Boil until all ingredients are desired softness.
