Sloppy Joe Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef3 cups cooked long grain rice1 can (15-1/2 ounces) sloppy joe sauce1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms stems and pieces1 tsp seasoned salt1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the rice, sloppy joe sauce, mushrooms, and seasoned salt.

Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5-10 min. longer or until cheese is melted. Makes 4-6 servings.
