Rachael Ray's Chop-Chop Salad

Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped1 red onion, chopped (I use half)2 tomatoes, seeded & chopped (I use cherry tom)1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 cucumber, peeled & chopped1 15oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed & drained.5 c parmesan cheese.5 c almond slices
Directions
Place all the veggies in a bowl & mix. Top with cheese & almond slices.

Dress with RR's Spicy French Dressing.

ps - even yummier if you top with avocado.
