Granola Bars

Ingredients
optional- any combination of dried fruits-get them unsweetened if possible, coconut, extracts that you love-like orange is especially good if you use cranberries, seeds such as pumpkin and sunflower or flax adds a great boost also.
Directions
In large bowl mix oats, flour and baking soda. Combine rest of ingredients until moist. You may have to adjust this some. Add any added ingredients you like. Bake at 325 for about 22 min. let cool 10 min before removing from pan.
