Ingredients
2 cups of chopped tomatoes1 medium zucchini chopped1 summer squash chopped2 tbsp of olive oil2 cups of mozzarella chees -part skim1 tbsp of garlic salt
Directions
Put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add zucchini,squash, and tomatoes. Sprinkle them evenly with 1 tbsp of garlic salt. When the zucchine is soft enough to cut put heat on low and add cheese. Once cheese is melted serve.
